Your orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. Same day delivery in Berlin is possible and it takes up to maximum 1 working days to process national / international orders. During weekends or holidays, your orders have to stay with us. We will ship them out on the following day.
Please make sure that your address is correct before checkout. In case, the informations for delivery are not correct, you should contact us immediately. We will ship your order again, but youwill be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
